An Unplanned Rest Day

Last night around dinner time I began to get an uneasy feeling. My throat was beginning to get sore, pressure was building in my sinuses and my body was starting to ache. And of course as this is happening the first thought through my head was:

“I hope I feel better in the morning, because I would hate to miss tomorrow’s workout”
